XXX-GEORGIA.COM (the «Platform») is an 18+ escort directory in Georgia. Online since 2021, we are not an agency, intermediary or meeting organizer.

1. Subject

The Platform provides tools for models to publish profiles and for clients to browse the catalog. Contact, arrangements and payment are directly between the client and profile owner.

The Platform is not a party to any deals, does not accept payment for models' services and is not responsible for their performance.

2. Age and access

The site is for adults 18+ only. Entering the site confirms you are of legal age.

Profiles may only be created by adults. We may request ID for verification.

3. Registration and profiles

• Profile data must be accurate: name, photos, contacts, rates, city.
• No stolen photos, fake contacts, duplicate profiles or misleading info.
• Every profile is moderated. We may reject, hide or delete profiles that break the rules.
• The «100% PHOTOS» badge is issued only after manual photo review.

4. Paid services (TOP / VIP ELITE)

TOP and VIP ELITE are paid profile promotion in the catalog and header slider. Duration, price and terms are agreed with support.

Payment covers listing on the Platform only. It does not guarantee a specific number of clients or income.

5. User obligations

• Comply with the laws of Georgia and your country of residence.
• Do not publish content involving minors, violence, coercion or illegal material.
• Do not use the site for spam, fraud, abuse or bypassing moderation.
• Do not impersonate XXX-GEORGIA.COM staff or create fake copies of the site.

6. Platform rights

• Change design, features and catalog rules.
• Block accounts and IPs for violations or reports.
• Remove content that violates rules or law.
• Suspend the site for maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of all profile data or user conduct off-site.

Disputes between clients and models are resolved by them. We may only assist when reviewing content complaints.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the site means you agree to it as well.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
